Arrrgh! One of my dragons died! One of 'em hatched though...
Adopt one today!
If you click on it, it'll eventually grow up & then I SWEAR I will never adopt another needy virtual pet again. Lesson learned. ^_^

In other news, Elliot Spitzer is a numbnuts. What a disappointment. I guess it's too much to expect a politician to be competent AND behave himself at the same time. *sigh*

Other things are happening. Things I can only expound upon in a friends-locked post. Juicy gossip! You only get the goods if you save my stupid baby dragon though. Yes, I am dangling a carrot.

The problem is...I think only your first click counts...or perhaps one click in so many hours/days/etc. I clicked your white egg a million bazillion times and the number of clicks/hits only went up by one, from 13 to 14.

Once it grows up you don't have to click it anymore but then what is the fun it having a page with a tiny graphic on it that you can't DO anything with. You should get a Neopet instead, they're a lot more fun, since you can play games with them and all that.

Well...The click only counts once but apparently views count as well. Or something like that. I just want to see what it looks like all grown up. Rumi's green dragon grew up kind of goofy looking.

Nope...no more virtual pets for me! ^__^ Live and learn! I'll keep this one as a mascot (if it survives).

Neopets can't die, as far as I know, though they get sick if you don't feed them or if you take them somewhere dangerous and they get bitten or catch a disease and so on.

But you can take them exploring and find treasure and buy them a million food treats or little bows for their hair (if they have hair) or a collar (if they have a neck) and it's just a lot more like playing. I had four, at one point, but I gave them up for adoption as I got tired of it and didn't like leaving them at a pet hotel for a month.

Thanks! I fear my tiny powers of persuasion & my modest f-list is never going to be enough to save my stupid dragon. :-/ This game is obviously for MySpace kids with f-lists of 1000 or more. Woe!

As far as I can tell, Spitzer's problem is that his nuts AREN'T numb...

Speaking of which (sort of): DID YOU CALL THE HOTEL? I'm giving you to the end of the weekend, and then I'm just booking... ;-)

lol...true about Spitzer.

OMG the damn hotel. Go ahead & call & get a room but I have to tell you I am NOT happy with them. They're trying to tell me the dates for the group rate don't match up & therefor I have to pay at the regular rate. If I can't straighten them out tomorrow (today...Friday) I'm just going to switch to a different place because IMO 170.00 a NIGHT is a crazy rate. :-(

Thanks!! OMG do NOT get yourself an egg. I feel obligated to make it grow but it is a total pain in my rear. ;-)

These dragons are a pain to raise! ......and yet I'm so tempted to get more. Arugh.
