And while I was at it, I finished not one but three koi masks. Only took pictures of the first one though.
Of course it's all up in my shop already. Can't wait to see how the dragons do. Those are wildly popular at conventions & events.
In other news, I am really, hopelessly a girl scout. Really. I just can't leave things alone. I don't know what the heck it is with me...it must be some special kind of arrogance. I'm not going into it yet...don't want to jinx things. I ran it all pastshvetufae so y'know...she's got a pretty level head on her shoulders & I trust her opinion.
I think this is why I like Kagome so much in Inuyasha...she has this special kind of "can't leave it alone gotta fix it" attitude that I sort of understand. Of course that makes us both insufferable optimists. We'll both pay in the end, I bet. No good deed goes unpunished...isn't that the saying?
Still! Love is in the mail! That makes me happy. I can't wait to see whatgolden_meliades thinks of her "Friends' Day" gifts. I really did a good job this year I think. :::pleased:::
