If I remember being a teenager correctly, she's saying what she feels but knows ain't true because by God it feels true because no one loves her and everything sucks, plus she wants to see how you'll react and/or get more attention because you're the most important thing in her world.

You're not a horrible parent. She's not a horrible kid.

But you do need to relax.
