What Kind of Boots Are You?

You Are Riding Boots
You are very sophisticated. You have refined tastes, and you don't fall for cheesy trends.
You are naturally chic and stylish. You can pull together a great look in no time flat.

You don't need a lot of flash or bling in your life. You prefer the glamour of the understated.
You treasure wisdom. You are attracted to ideas and things that have stood the test of time.
I guess that's as close as I'll come to my "Harajuku boots".    God, I love those boots...

I could totally see you in those kind of boots; though you're right...brown is better than shiny black. Yet, if you're wearing jewel tones in purple or blue (which I've seen you do), the black is better.

Black is a necessary evil. It sets off other colours and it's slimming and the most available in just about all articles of clothing. My own boots ARE black...and yeah, I wore them with my purple geometric dress in that picture. (Blue and purple are my most flattering colours, second only to brilliant cyan...let's face it. I'm a [*sob*]...winter.) It's the shiny vinyl look that reeeeeaaally turns me off. I have no objection to looking sexy, but I sure as heck object to looking cheap. -_-

But boots are pretty great overall. I must have heels on everything, though. Seems funny that you, half a foot shorter than me, probably go without heels regularly, whereas I tend to wear heels all the time (unless I'm wearing runners or no shoes at all, which IS the most common for me).

I kind of knew what sort of answer I'd get even before I started, because what I thought when going into the test was 'I don't care what kind of boots they are as long as they make my legs look great'. I like the way heeled boots make a woman walk with a feminine sort of aggression. ♥
