Char wants to use the Peace Corps to pay her way (at least partially) through college, as she has her sights set on some pretty pricey schools & I'm not wealthy.

I think it's a great idea since she wants to travel anyway, & I know she loves the idea of doing something to make the world a better place, so it works all around.
