1. Ack! I know. Though she's been hormonal for ~years~ so I think I've got a handle on the whole "scary teen mood swing" thing. Mostly you just stare them down like caged circus lions and they back off.
2. The convention was a hoot. :-) Elvira was actually VERY nice and looks quite attractive and normal without all the make-up.
3. My job, on road trips, is to be "The Nagivator" (not a misspelling). Emphasis on the "nag" and you get the idea. I keep us pointed in the right direction and give helpful tips like distance to the next exit and whether it's on the left or right...otherwise we get VERY lost. Greg's monkey drives just fine as long as he's near home on familiar turf...but he has no ability to read a map (plus, no inclination to ask for directions).
