I know OJ can't be convicted of the murders, but he CAN be convicted of committing perjury, which carries a huge sentence when it's in relation to a murder hearing. That's how you sort of get around the whole thing, if you're a prosecutor who couldn't get the conviction...you just watch and wait. That's why I HOPE that creep slips up (so far he's been very careful to point out that this is all "hypothetical") and gets nailed for perjury. That's as close to justice as the whole thing will ever get, IMO.
