*sigh* WalMart bound.
Note to self: "Self, never NEVER do small local SCA events again. Never do Pax. No more Brass Ring Thing, even if there's an article in the local paper about you. Also, no more local art & craft fairs. Just don't do it. Either they're all teasing you, or no one in this region has ANY disposable income. By the way, neither do you. Wasting time and gas on these events is...a waste of time and gas. That equals a waste of money. So, y'know, just don't do it."
George Bush has done a great job of strangling the shit out of the middle class. I'm going to have to get a job at WalMart if this keeps up. :-(

At least I'm still losing weight. When all else fails, I can always have the satisfaction of starving myself. That's not too control-freaky, is it?
*longs for chocolate*
*Derives perverse pleasure in denying self chocolate*
Yeah, I gots problems.

Pshaw, must be co-incidence.
I think knowing you have the power to control one part of your life properly is enjoyable, even if it means self-denial. I LOVE being on a diet if I'm actually getting what I want out of it, even if I'm starving! I mean, I'm not happy about the lack of food and especially chocolate and ice cream and such but boy I am just SUPER happy about how my life is going when something I planned to do gets done as I planned it.

Things have been pretty lousy lately around here. The economy is tanking & I need to get my stuff out of area.
