I think it was very unwise of her. I think she was sincerely upset and I think her heart was in the right place over the puppy, but sobbing on TV so theatrically like that was a bad move, blowing the matter way out of reasonable proportion. The dog hasn't been *killed* or even hurt...and if she hadn't made such a fuss they might have come to an arrangement. Plus this will be bad for the agency thingie and possibly other agencies as sympathetic viewers boycott these normally very good resources for animals. AND she's never going to live it down, even if she later feels stupid for sobbing and begging on her show like she was trying to get a kidnapper to return a hostage instead of murdering him/her/them. I just feel she has done everyone, including herself, a disservice by reacting as she did.

Yeah I noticed that! I went and checked right away because I noticed that that lady bought a huge amount of pins and pendants and things in the past month. The things she's bought must total about 2000 dollars...do people really spend that much on xmas shopping? I really think that is the minimum of what all she's purchased could have cost, when you factor in all the shipping as well.
