Oh boy...I was definitely NOT being reasonable. I don't know what got into me! I felt good and I felt strong and I just wanted to "see"...and now I'm wounded. I'm STILL sore, two days later. It's brutal. I almost feel like I broke something. Can you strain abdominal muscles?? If I pulled something, you'd think I would feel that right away when I did it. Hmm...

I use the exercise ball for back bends too...you know what I really want? They make these metal frame-thingies that attach to any doorway (so they say) so you can do chin-ups and stuff. This one version has arm bands to hook your arms into, so you can do leg lifts like the ones you do in a Roman Chair. That would be so awesome...
