Oh no...I am not well.
I was working late on some wolf masks & feeling all itchy, and I noticed that my rings were tight on my hand which is weird since my rings normally spin 'round on my fingers because they are so loose.
So I went to the bathroom to soap up my hand & get them off. I looked in the mirror & my face was all covered with red blotches. Checking myself, I found I was covered with big red hives.
This happens to me sometimes in conjunction with a sore throat & fever. I am allergic to the kind of virus that causes sore throats. So, on top of feeling sick, I am now blown up like a sad puffy balloon.
I took some benadryl...a full dose which knocked me on my butt. The swelling has gone down a lot (I can open my right eye almost normally), but I still have the sore throat so this might not be over. In the past, I've had to go to the emergency room because the hives & swelling got into my throat.
No, you are not getting a picture of me in this state.
Hopefully it'll pass soon. I have to go downtown to pay the property taxes. I look like I fell face first into a hive of bees.
