New things...also, my dog & cat are hilarious.

 I just finished this & put it up on Etsy...

A little tiny swallowtail butterfly barrette.  It's hard to understand unless you are a leather carver yourself, but the coolest part about this tiny butterfly is that it is HAND cut from 8 oz leather.  See, I usually cut this same butterfly (for a pin) from 3 oz leather which is much thinner & easier to cut.  But barrettes need to be really sturdy, so I had to make a much thicker butterfly.  You'd never know, though.  It still looks delicate.  *proud*

I also did this a few days ago.  I didn't want to put it in my LJ, 'cause I made the first one as a gift for

kls_eloise, but she got it so now it's ok.  ^__^

 

A luna moth barrette.  It's been wildly popular on Etsy...I just had to make five more 'cause I sold the first three.  I think it's 'cause green is such a great barrette color; it looks good in any color hair.

 

In other news, Kumo has decided he likes Kiba's bed.
