Ow.

 Well I went twenty four hours straight without any pain meds & I have to say I am really sore.  It's not a huge pain...it's just a constant sharp nagging ache really low in my belly.  Every time I stand up I feel like everything is going to fall out.

I wanted to clear my head for the car ride to the doc's office...I'm supposed to get these stitches out.  Haven't driven my car in a week & it snowed just enough to make everything slippery & white, so this should be fun.

Greg had a weird moment this morning & almost passed out.  o__O   I have no idea what's up with that.  So, he stayed home but he's of no help to me.   I'd really like him to go see his doctor, but you know that probably won't happen.  *shrugs*  Hopefully it's just a cold or something?

I spent a good hour or so this morning, putting new shipping fees up on my Etsy store.  It took a while.  Anyway it's done now & I think it's a much better system than the one I had.

Oooohhh...today I MUST get out & do things & I really wish I could just stay home.  :-(  Stuff to mail, groceries to buy, stitches to remove...it's all too much. 

EDIT:  Note to self...Gift Guides showcase, not so much.  Category showcase...better.  Main Showcase...very very good.  Figures it's the most expensive one.

Hahahaha you're RIGHT, the pain's not that bad. No seriously give me the damn drugs.

 Yeah, I'm a big wuss.  The pain went right past "annoying" & was camping out at "gnawing", so I took a couple of darvos & took a real hot shower, & I'm starting to feel a bit more human.  Screw doing anything tomorrow...I did enough today so that we can all coast along in relative ease & comfort for a few more days.  The dog has dog food.  The cats have cat food (& clean boxes).  The people have enough frozen pizzas that they can fend for themselves.  I am obviously not ready for the world yet.  It can all just freaking wait.

I freaking love it.  It's a tad darker than I thought it'd be & it's also a little irridescent.  Spelling?  Who knows...I don't care.  

Haha...I'm including this pic even though the necklace was obscured by glare, because the look on my face says it ALL, really, concerning today.

GRRR!  This was even after the very nice relaxing shower, too.  Imagine my face before the shower.  It was Not Pretty.

Stitches are out.  I love love love my Doc.  He's just a really great person.  I've brought masks in to show him what I do in the past & he has really loved them...I mean really!  To the point of being embarrassing.  He asked me what I did for a living on my very first visit & when I said "maskmaker" he hounded me to show him something.  So I brought in Copperhead Medusa.   :-)   Well, he just can't get enough of my stuff, so to thank him for not killing me last Friday (& in fact doing a really great job), I gave him one of my little copper & black dragon heads.  Not a huge gift, just a little "thank you".   You'd think I gave him a million dollars!  He took it out of the bag about a dozen times & had to show it to EVERYone in the office (even other patients).  lol...I just totally love that guy. 

He teaches Crav Maga (Spelling again??? That's how it sounds phoenetically anyway) & wants me to come to his classes, so I might just start doing that sometime around the end of the month.  I have a blue belt in judo & a lot of the principals are the same, so it'd probably be something I'd pick up pretty quick.

Plus, I bet he looks kinda cute in a gi.   Or whatever the heck you wear when you're crav maga-ing...  *evil grin*

I sort of want to make sushi tonight.  At the same time, I sort of don't feel like lifting a damn finger.  It's a conundrum.
