Ugh, I hate myself! And I love myself. I'm torn.
Etsy has a new "Valentine's Day" showcase. It's a nice showcase...just as nice as the main showcase which is much sought after, let me tell you. Those spaces fill up in no time. I bought two of these V-Day showcase slots...that's how nice they are.
Problem is, this nice Valentine showcase has a Valentine theme, & nothing that I had was very "Valentine-y". I mean, I paid good money to be in this thing & the closest thing I had to a Valentine was my barn owl mask ('cause of the heart-shaped face. A stretch!).
So! What did I do last night? Stayed up & made this.
Knave Of Hearts. AND I numbered it! I put it up so early in the morning that it hasn't hardly had any hits yet. Serves me right. It's going to be even neater once I tie on the red organza ribbons. Cute...neh?

golden_meliades...weren't you just saying a week or so ago, something about a checkered black & white mask? Like, you had a dream about it? Are you my psychic buddy or something? ^_^" Seriously...I was pondering what the heck I could make with a heart on it that might have appeal outside of this particular Hallmark Holiday & this design idea hit me square in the brain. Curiouser & curiouser.
Ahem. Anyway. I need to get a plumber here...the sewer line picked the coldest, windiest day we've had so far this year to back up. *sigh* It's FUN when it's fun.
In the meantime I'm operating on two hours of sleep. Wheee!
