Woooo. Poop. It's extremely nasty outside. At 4:30AM, it was 47 degrees & calm with rain. By 5 AM it was 25 and snowing sideways. The wind is howling at about 60 mph or so they say on the news...it sounds like a freight train going by. O__o
The schools in the area are all closed. Power lines are starting to come down. Charlotte's girlfriend got dropped off here anyway (why?? Because I'm free babysitting I guess) so now I have two teenagers to wrangle all day & I haven't slept yet. If the electricity goes out we're so screwed...no fireplace & with the windchill in the negative numbers it'll get cold in here fast.
There's either lightning outside or those are transformers sparking. I can't tell which. Wish me luck!
