Still more new masks...

 I am a freaking one-woman mask-making machine.  The carving callous on my right hand is enormous.  Acrylic paint is found speckled in my hair.  I have blue dye under all my fingernails on my left hand (a little spillage accident).  All my working clothes & jeans are spattered with rainbow stains.  I'm a colorful mess.

So here's what I did last night...


A new Koi Mask.  I did the same background as the one for the bettas, & I like it so much better than basic black.  I guess I used the black before, because I wanted it to look like a black laquered inlaid Japanese folding screen.  Well...screw that.  I need color right now.

Some three-colored koi...the luckiest kind, if you're into that kind of magical thinking.  I've stopped bothering with the Japanese name/classification for the different koi types because, frankly, no one seems to give a crap.  I think these are aka sanke.  *shrug*

& hey...wonder of wonders!  I discovered the secret to getting my husband to take me out.  I have to PAY.  Yeah...dinner was very nice.

See?  I'm a smart monkey...eventually I manage to figure it all out.  Box on chair equals banana.  In this case, wife with cash equals dinner for two.
