Before I get to the pretteh...I want to share a picture with you.
My idea of "taking it easy" meant I did ten miles today instead of twenty. But just look! It was a beautiful day! How could I resist? The lopsided grin says it all. "Yes I KNOW I'm an idiot but the sun is shining and there is NO wind...what am I supposed to do??"

Doctor later today...we have SO much to discuss. I wonder how it will go?
