I had a busy day on line, lazy otherwise. This guild thing is keeping me hopping. Everyone is networking like crazy...I think I wrote more PR pieces today that I've ever written in one sitting, ever. I'm in about five different showcases right now, in several interior design websites, and featured on more blogs than I can count. Frankly it's stressful & a little daunting, but I'm managing. I sure can't do this every day though.
Here's that white swan mask I was talking about...

I'm thinking I liked the black swan better but I'm not sure exactly why that is.

Anyway, they'll be up in my shop on Thursday most likely. One of them is going to an Etsy buyer...just not sure which 'cause she hasn't made up her mind yet.
In other news; amidst all the networking I found
these awesome gowns made by an incredible Etsy artisan... "
Starry Night" and "
The Scream". I was instantly inspired to contact her with an offer to do some collaborative work...I think our stuff would go
great together and I'd been planning to do some masks based on The Classics anyway. She agreed & we may be featuring some of eachother's work in our respective Etsy shops soon. I told her I thought a gown/mask combo based on Monet's "Waterlillies" would be simply stunning...ironically she just finished a Monet dress based on that very painting. Serendipity strikes again.
