Umm...WOW.

Holy monkey, people.

I went to check my DeviantArt site this morning as usual...my hit counter has tripled.   One of my masks was featured as a Daily Deviation and my little site is suddenly blowing up!  Whee!

I have something like 1,300 hits on it so far.   When I saw that number I thought something had broken!   This is totally awesome...I wish I could hug the people who recc'ed me (I already thanked them so I guess that'll have to do).  It's still happening as I speak...simply amazing!  Every time I check again, it jumps by another 300 hits.

I hope it leads to some new activity at my Etsy site!  I have links to it all over the place in my DA gallery, so who knows?    How exciting!!

In other news, it is snowy and absolutely FREEZING here.  The wind is over 30 MPH and howling...it looks and sounds just like an arctic tundra out there.  I refuse to go outside for any reason whatsoever today.
