I'm in a strange mood. If I were to rate my mood according to time honored standards provided by Dungeons and Dragons, I'd be chaotic-neutral.

So, I had my hair done the other day. My girl Tracy (who is a sweetheart and a good friend) got a phone call from her freaked out Mom in the middle of coloring my hair (family trouble involving cops and hospitals and general mayhem...) so she sort of left me sitting with color in my hair for a bit longer than she should have. The result is much darker lowlights and nearly white highlights. Knowing she was in the midst of a serious bout of family-induced angst I let it go at the time, got my usual shaggy cut and left. Now, however, I'm finding I actually ~like~ the way it looks. It's freaky; almost Debbie Harry-esque and different from what I usually get. Plus, it almost looks like I have little white bird feathers stuck in my hair...which I find endlessly amusing. I took this absolutely HORRIBLE picture of myself yesterday, because I observed my funny bird-feathery hair in the window reflection as I was working out and I was all "Who the heck is that?". So, behold me in my sweaty, no make-up, post workout glory...the horror...the...horror. Funny, huh?

I love my excercise bike. :-) I've had it for over a week now and it's SO nice to be able to pedal my ass off any time I please regardless of what it's doing outside. I'm up to almost an hour a day, at 80+ rpms on level 2 of the interval workout program. S'fun!

He just plain cracks me up. Aside from his penchant for chewing up wheaten-coated terriers he's a pretty cool dog. I had Greg snap a few pics of the miscreant because my file is full of old pics and I need to update. He'll be two years old this July and he's basically all growed up now. Here he is, looking proud of himself. I swear he poses like that on purpose. Taken yesterday in our winter-crappy driveway. Ignore the mess. This next one is funny, because he's in the process of telling my husband off. He doesn't really bark at all, but he "talks" all the time. Sounds like "awoo-woo!" This pic sucks, but I included it because it shows his pretty tail, which is so fluffy and long and has a white tip like a fox tail. I grab it and tickle his own nose with it all the time. He doesn't mind (seems to think it's funny).

And that's all I have right now!
