Okay...I managed six uninterrupted hours of sleep (which for me is GREAT, I hardly ever do that) and I'm feeling much better.   Sorry for ranting yesterday.  :-/  I was a grumpy gus to be sure.   Things got resolved to a certain degree; I didn't scream but I did complain enough to be heard (I hope) and also, Charlotte's phone was found at the Rec center.  So yay for small victories.  Bictoly!

I think I better get tested because I have all the signs of being iron deficient again.  *sigh*  No fun at all.

Anyhoo, things are continuing to look up, career-wise.  DeviantArt just posted an article/interview with me!  It's such a very cool interview too, all about the "Tsuru" mask but also about my methods & motivations...really it was a great Q & A.  Go look!!

Another online magazine is doing a feature, too (I just got their letter of interest today...see how PR pays off?).  It should be out in a month or so...I'll link you when it happens.

I am working on two masks...nearly finished them last night.  They couldn't be more different.   One is a very elegant dragon; the color combination on this one is going to be striking, I can tell already.  The other is...well.  Let's just say that when you wear it, you'll be absolutely adorable and utterly without dignity.  There's no way to look fierce in a sea otter mask.

More soon!

I sent you a message on LJ. Someone you made a leather coronet for wants to contact you about another...

Re: off topic

Ooohhh...I think I remember seeing something from her. I'll go see if I can dig it up. Thank you!

Haven't made a coronet in a couple years now... O__O

Ahem.

You are allowed to be a grump when you want to. *Especially* when it's justified.

At least you know the signs of iron deficiency this time. Small bright spot.

I know. I just don't like being gloomy in my LJ. Everyone has enough troubles, they don't need to hear mine too. & really, mine are no big deal (I just get so tired).

Yeah all the signs are back. Doc offered to re-try the really HURTY procedure he did last year, which did help a little but I'm still having problems. Thing is, it hurt so much I'm just not eager to go through it again.

People susceptible to winter blues get that irritability, too, big time. In my case it's big time, anyway. Fatigue, bad mood, alla that. (EDIT: and by this I mean to suggest that if your doc doesn't think there's anything wrong with your iron levels, it doesn't mean there's nothing behind this!)

Geez, if I apologized for being cranky I'd never stop saying sorry. Anyway, you weren't cranky with US, you know. :)

Oh boy, & if ever there was a winter that was likely to trigger the blues, it would be this winter. It has snowed every day for, I think, at least a month now. Kinda sick of winter.

Eh...I think it's iron 'cause I'm still having some of the same issues I have had all along with my "female troubles". The doc wants to try that cryo-whatsis procedure again... *shudder*

Hey there,

You may want to ask about your Vitamin D level as well. Low levels are a common problem and have alot of the same fatigue symptoms!

Hugs!

I think I need a complete blood workup, no matter what, before I start taking iron again. It's way overdue anyway. *sigh*
