Trust me, am there with the car thing. Thankfully I have a friend who gets me parts for cheap. He's handing labor off to another friend though, so now I'm worried that guy will overcharge the crap outta me.
/sigh. At least it's only a few hundred dollars as opposed to the thousands you're spending.
Oh, and if you're thinking about it, avoid a treadmill or any exercise machine. Unless you want a new clothing horse. You have to have a dedicated room to those things if you really want to make it work.
