Yup. It looks like Mouryoumaru did in fact actually eat Naraku (referring to the Inuyasha manga scanlations on Ear-Tweak...). More correctly, he made a sort of Naraku-corndog out of himself and absorbed him. Ewww. I call no fair. I'm not buying it just yet, but what a revolting development. I wonder what Naraku fewmets look like... :::shudder:::

Tomorrow I'm doing a little teeny event, not much more than an art/craft fair really. But, it'll be the first time I get to unleash Inuyasha, Kikyo, and Kirara on the general public, so that'll be fun. The kids do love it when I bring the fan art along...

Yeah.....I find it hard to believe that after all this time, Naraku is gone just like that. oO I have my theories, but we'll see next week or so (or whenever Kuro gets back from Hawaii lucky bitch XD)

Yay for selling prints!! XD I can't wait until my next con.....course, it's in March, right when we're moving, so that'll be a fun stress to deal with all at once. XD

Back from the front lines. Funny, I sold 3 of my Kirara prints and not one person knew who she was. Hmm!

Yeah, the whole "Naraku is ded" thing... :::shakes head::: Wouldn't Miroku's hand hole disappear? I'd check that first before I started celebrating.

Exactly. But, given that he's been the main protaganist throughout the entire series, that would be a rather anti-climatic way for him to go. Then again, stranger things have happened in anime/manga....or, moreover, disappointing.....

Hee hee.... I've done that at anime cons. People who don't even know who or what Inuyasha is, but they really like such-and-such piece so much, they just have to buy it. :D Sometimes, those are the best because it means your art spoke to someone in such a way that they didn't have to know the backstory of a piece to enjoy the art. :D

I repeat, that can't be the way he dies. It'd be so lame. Wheres the epic battle? Where is the revenge? Inuyasha had to upgrade that sword fifty times for something.

Those prints should sell like crazy! They look so pretty. :)

Yeah...it was just too easy. But now Kouga's joined the fight and Kikyo's on her way there with Kohaku in tow. All we need is for Sess to show up and the whole gang will be present. Maybe something big really ~is~ about to happen. :::has been teased by Takahashi so often that I won't beieve it's really over until I see the words "the end":::

This is random, but what kind of indigestion is Naraku going to give Moury? I mean that can't be part of a balanced diet. He's got miasma.

Holy monkey, I am all over that Kirara piece, the composition is so fluid, you can relaly tell that she's a badass kitty and you do NOT mess with her!

And ew to the kind of obstruction Naraku is sure to render on one's GI tract.

Thanks. :-) I like Kirara too. It was fun to draw her ~my~ way, because (and really I DO love Takahashi-sensei, BUT...she can't draw animals) in the manga/anime Kirara looks like a lemur. A giant flaming sabre-toothed lemur, and that's just not scary. A giant flaming sabre-toothed ~tiger~, however...now that's scary.

At the event I sold three of those Kirara prints and not one person knew who/what she was. In a way (like PZB pointed out)that's neat because that means my art spoke to them, rather than Takahashi's character.

Mouryoumaru needs to take new Jyaki-B-Gone, guaranteed to clear up miasma-indigestion and sour-youkai-stomach due to absorbing one's nemesis.
