Seconded, or thirded, or whatever -- a double-barrelled cat name is always amusing and lets everybody have a say in what name kitty will cheerfully ignore.
Although I do like "Kumo" best, as it's nicely short and snappy, suits his coloring and arking so well, and is just generally pretty. It doesn't seem particularly strange or exotic to me, but I do realize growing up in Hawai'i has pretty much warped my standards on that front! :)
